Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 premade pie crust





Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and cream until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let the pie cool completely before serving, and top with whipped cream.
