Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 premade pie crust
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and cream until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the pie cool completely before serving, and top with whipped cream.
