Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 premade pie crust
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, and melted butter.
- Stir in the pecans and pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let the pie cool completely before serving.
