 Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 premade pie crust





Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, and melted butter.
  3. Stir in the pecans and pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
  5. Let the pie cool completely before serving.
